If you are having trouble accessing the Internet, or your connection feels slow, reboot your bridge. If you don't know how to do that, then it would probably be better to call us. In the future, there will be a tutorial on how to reboot a bridge.
Rural Broadband does NOT take responsibility for your personal computer or network. Therefore, we cannot support issues of this nature. If a technician determines that the problem is not Rural Broadband but your computer or network, they are asked by Rural Broadband to stop the support call and refer you to someone who can help you.
